I have come to know the Power House Gym in Haus khas has move to a new place nearby and made a complete change in it gym.. They have changed to all new equipments and taken a new form..

Gyming In Delhi and NCR
I think its pretty expensive affair to look for a Good quality Gym facility in delhi..
Although lot many Multinational Co. have open up so called franchises in delhi like Fitline, fitness first, celebrity fitness, Gold Gym and there are quite a few Others like Tawalkars, but the Money that they are charging is just to high.. The quality of equipments being Put to service are really good but the daily expense of using a gym is still out of reach of a middle class family. There are so called fit clubs which also provide yoga, aerobics,Kick boxing and other options as well..
Need to mention here there are lot many Outlets providing fake or expired health Food supplement in delhi and they run many shops fooling the India markets which are still unaware of the genuine health Food supplements store like Reliance Wellness store in Rohini..
The Govt facilties like Sri Fort sports club and the Dwarka sport authority have pathetic gym.. In the light one needs to rely on a private gym..
This forum is to share the best possible gym facilities in every corner of Delhi and NCR for the young and not so young people who wanna just burn some calories and rip.. Also if you wanna share your fav store for food supplements or wanna throw light on your experince on the above topics..
